The version 23.0 of the server management tool KeyHelp brings again new features, which support the efficient and easy work with the tool even more. These include: Domain logs and web statistics for each (sub)domain, a new compression feature for backups, an optimal overview of the storage space in the user account and much more.
With the update, statistics and log files are now available separately for each domain and subdomain. Previously, access and error logs and the statistics generated from them were provided bundled for all domains of a user. With KeyHelp 23.0 it is possible to view separate logs for each domain and subdomain and to access the statistics for each domain of a user individually.
The new compression feature is automatically active for all repositories newly created with KeyHelp 23.0. It significantly reduces the amount of storage required for backups. From now on, backups can be scheduled and executed hourly. In addition, users can now specify how much CPU power should be used to create the backup.
The quota system has been completely revised. Users can now view the current as well as the maximum number of files that can be stored under a user account.
If a user account approaches or even exceeds the configured limit, the user is informed about this incident both within the KeyHelp interface and via email.
The newly available console command keyhelp db-login generates a URL that allows users to immediately log in to the database administration interface (phpMyAdmin or Adminer) without having to enter a username or password first.
In addition, the KeyHelp Toolbox is available to users as an interactive console application via the CLI command „keyhelp-toolbox“ . Here, too, further improvements have been added with the update.
The update to KeyHelp 23.0 also brings with it a tool that allows users to retrieve the DNS records of a host name.
