If you would like our IT specialists to carry out technical work for you outside of the standard support on your systems on site or via remote access outside of the general support, our technical support will also be happy to carry out this work for you via the remote hands service.
You will be informed of the costs generated by the use of Remote Hands via the ticket system in advance of the work. Only after the costs and work have been approved by you in writing in the ticket system the Remote Hands work will be carried out and invoiced.
